The project manager responsibility system is the first line of defense to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Project managers have more than ten years of project experience and are proficient in the technical knowledge system from raw materials to production and later transportation and installation. The project manager controls the project from an overall perspective. Everyone reports to the project manager regularly.
The quality control department divides production into five important nodes through a strict quality control process, and strictly controls each quality control point during the production process. At the same time, the quality control department will provide video and picture feedback at each important node, which will be sent to customers by business personnel to ensure that customers have the right to know every production link.
The quality control department and the production department jointly make time schedule before the actual production process, taking into consideration any possible risk or defect that may occur during the production, in order to take action timely to prevent any delay in the overall time schedule of the whole project. Time schedule control is one of the most important standard of the whole control process, as the concept of “Delivery”is highly cherished.
According to the size and actual needs of the project, the finance department reserves funds separately to ensure the smooth financial process during the procurement of raw materials and the actual production process. At the same time, we adjust and optimize the plan in a timely manner according to the budget adjustment of the project to save every penny for customers as much as possible.
Global transportation and global installation are a big highlight of our group. The group is equipped with 4 professional installation teams, each of which consists of 1-2 project managers and 8-10 technical workers.
